Pricing is based on weddings in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area. Additional travel fees of $175 apply for weddings outside the Santa Barbara area (including Santa Ynez, Santa Maria, Lompoc, Solvang, Paso Robles, Ojai, Ventura, Camarrillo, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks) Travel fees include three (3) trips to the venue for initital site visit, rehearsal and wedding day. Not all packages available for certain locations or dates. Weddings falling on holidays or during local seasonal events are subject to price changes. One (1) wedding assistant is included in package prices.
Simplified Wedding Management + Day of Coordination | $1,997 Ideal for a one location wedding with 100 guests or less and for weddings scheduled within a 6-8 month time frame.
This package was created for the couple who has some or most of the planning done but would like help keeping things on track and running smoothly on the wedding day. We work behind the scenes to ensure you can relax and enjoy time with family and friends. This package begins during the final 6 weeks before the wedding.
Please note it is recommended that the wedding couple live within the city of Santa Barbara to purchase this package. For destination weddings and weddings that are scheduled 12 months and over, please refer to the Partial or Full Coordination packages below. This package does not include vendor referrals.

An ideal package for the couple who wants to be involved in a lot of the decisions but needs more professional guidance, this packaged is a great option that begins 6 to 8 months before the wedding. We work together mid-way through the planning stages to prepare for the big day. This is also an ideal package for a destination couple who needs assistance planning an out of town wedding.

This package encompasses everything you need to from the time you get engaged to the time you say "I Do." It is designed for all couples who have busy lives and need assistance planning their wedding beginning 12 months or more prior to the wedding day. If you are not local to Santa Barbara and are planning a destination wedding weekend with multiple events, need assistance with hotel and transportation, have questions or need help researching and hiring local vendors, or want to incorporate ways to entertain guests with pre and post wedding activities, this is the ideal package for you!

The ceremony only package is perfect for the couple who is planning a ceremony in a separate location from their reception or is looking for more of an elopement style wedding within Santa Barbara. This package does not include any reception coordination and is focused only on assisting with the ceremony details.

This package does not include ceremony coordination.
