CELEBRATING LOVE AND "PURA VIDA" AT THE UNITARIAN SOCIETY OF SANTA BARBARA

Alex and Brent are two sweet souls who wanted their wedding to be a reflection of who they are as individuals and as a couple. With a minimalistic approach they chose to put more emphasis on providing their guests with a memorable experience and lively celebration that extended into night in downtown Santa Barbara with transportation by Jump on the School Bus.

The ceremony took place in the venue's Chapel followed by dinner in the Courtyard and dancing inside Parish Hall. The Unitarian Society (USSB) is a place of worship that welcomes people from all walks of life and is a community of people who support and promote justice, compassion and, equality for all.

In the spirit of giving and fostering compassion, Alex and Brent also gave each guest a hand-crafted bracelet from Pura Vida, a company that stands for making the world a better place by providing employment to support artisan communities, donating to charitable causes around the globe, and by doing their part to protect our planet through their conservation and sustainability efforts.

The name Pura Vida in Spanish translates to "Pure Life." As stated on the company's website, its meaning is "all about enjoying life’s little pleasures, slowing things down and living life to the fullest."  We hope Alex and Brent do just that.
